SOS Call – Support On the Spot
for when you just need to stop feeling stuck.Â
Maybe you’re in the thick of bottle aversion and feel lost trying to read your baby’s cues.
Maybe feeding has technically improved, but your body still tenses at every bottle.
Maybe you’re carrying feelings you didn’t expect, like sadness, frustration, even hate towards your baby, and you don’t know what to do with them.
Or maybe you simply want a safe space to ask questions before committing to a full program.
This call is your space to pause, breathe, and be supported by someone who understands what you’re going through — deeply and without judgment.
This journey is about more than just your baby. It’s about you, too.
I’ve spent five years helping families overcome bottle aversion. I’ve seen over a thousand babies recover, with many achieving this in just a week. But while the baby’s feeding can turn around quickly, the emotional recovery for parents takes much longer.
Babies don’t remember the struggle, but we do.
Every time your baby eats less, skips a feed, or turns their head, it can bring you right back to the fear and frustration of those hard days.
And when they do eat well, you breathe a little easier… until the next feed.
It’s a constant emotional rollercoaster: full of relief, anxiety, hope, and dread.
And for some parents, especially moms, it’s not just about stress. It’s grief, guilt, even anger.
You imagined sweet bonding moments, not tears, battles, and second-guessing everything.
You may even feel like the first year of motherhood was taken from you, and that pain is real.
No matter where you are in this journey, whether you’re just beginning to face bottle aversion, in the middle of it, or months past recovery but still feeling the weight of it, you don’t have to go through it alone.
This call might be the first step toward understanding what’s really going on.
It might be the moment you pause and regroup.
Or it might be what finally helps you let go of the fear, doubt, and guilt that’s been consuming you.
Wherever you are, I’ll meet you there.
I’ve spent five years supporting families as The Bottle Aversion Coach, and over fifteen years helping people navigate big emotions as a life coach. I understand both the baby’s perspective and the parents’ perspective in this experience.
Because this isn’t just about bottles and feeds, it’s about what’s going on in your heart.
And I’m here to help you find peace with both.

What Parents Are Saying
I had been experiencing a difficult time with my 4.5-month-old son who had developed a feeding aversion. The stress of the situation caused a lot of anxiety for me, and I knew that in order to improve the situation, I needed to decrease my anxiety.
I am so happy that I booked a session with Szilvia because she worked magic and my anxiety dramatically decreased from one session alone! During the hour, she led me through several exercises using different techniques and strategies that really worked!
After the session, I was already feeling calmer, but what convinced me that it truly worked was the next day, when I was hearing things in my head that we had talked about in the session like I was actually unconsciously saying them and I was so relaxed!
I cannot thank Szilvia enough for helping me emotionally get through the difficult time with my son!!Â
Dear Szilvia
Thanks for helping me with my anxiety about feeding my baby. Being a first-time mother of a premature baby, I was worried about my baby’s intake. I was able to follow the tips and methods to calm down even during my baby’s vaccinations. It helps a great deal even throughout daily life.
